Our Story

Following a sequence of significant occurrences over the past few years, such as the advent of COVID, the birth of a second child, as well as the conflicts involving Ukraine and Russia and Palestine and Israel, our founder, Karisha Venisha Campbell, recognized that the present moment was the ideal time to chase her aspirations of establishing a HR consultancy business. She aspires to take charge of the narrative concerning the lifestyle she aims to embrace in the future.

Fuelled by her unwavering determination and her deepening connection with Jesus Christ, she made the resolute choice to resign from her corporate job. She embarked on the journey of establishing her HR business from the ground up. This business endeavour not only allowed her to merge her HR passion but also offered the flexibility to work from any corner of the world, while affording her precious quality time with her young children.

With over 21 years’ experience working in HR in both the public and private sectors, locally and internationally, Karisha and her team brings a wealth of knowledge and wide-ranging expertise to the forefront.

During one of Karisha’s previous corporate role, she became part of the organization during its inaugural year of operation. Collaborating closely with the owners, she played a pivotal role in translating their strategic vision into a thriving HR operational framework that has achieved significant success over the past six years. She found immense satisfaction in this endeavour, and now aspires to extend her expertise to assist startups and small businesses in establishing a strong HR foundation.
